you're looking for a french bible? I assume you mean physical and not digital?

Hmmm, I can tell you what to look for if you want to tell me what you want to use it for?

you'll probably want some sort of concordance in the back so you can look up verses by word.

I'm lookin for a digital bible, as close as possible as the one you're using, so when the limits of my english show up i can resort to it. But i don't know which bible you are using, and i'm not even sure you all using the same bible.

I think i'm confused by all those different bibles. Until recently, i thought Catholic and Christian were synonyms, as i've never heard about anything else than catholicism here. I don't want to make a bad choice because of my ignorance. I hope you understand my gibberish, it's kinda late here Wink

Thanks for your patience.

The e-sword includes the Modern King James version which is a bit easier to read. You might have to download it as a seperate add-on though. PM or email me if you have trouble and I will try to get it for you. I've tried a lot of digital bibles and I like e-sword even better than the expensive not for free ones. There are a ton of add-ons for it.

I would recommend the Darby Bible, if for no other reason than I've read his Bible commentaries, and he's right on. Never heard of Louis Segond before today.

While reading the Darby Bible, you can use the following link to compare what you're reading with the Louis Segond Bible:

GodsHappyAngel, i know Wink That's the link you gave wcc and i followed. I was just asking which of the translated bibles i'd use.

InFathersArms, it seems E-sword has comparing tools including, so when i watch a verse i can see each bible's version. From what i see here, you're right. The Darby Bible looks very accurate, far more than the Louis Segond one.

I 'll be using the Darby Bible with the King James version.
Thanks to everyone Smile
