Lucaspa can I ask what your areas of expertise are ? Just for general interest sake and in case I/we want to go "off topic" occassionally.
In the context of Wikipedia, my areas of expertise are stem cells/tissue engineering/regenerative medicine. However, I have also found errors on Wiki in abiogenesis, evolution, philosophy of science, and history.

Off topic, but lucaspa, what are the most recent trends in stem cell/tissue engineering/regenerative medicine? I try to keep an ear on those topics, but the standard news media have been fairly quiet of late.
On topic, I have noticed errors in the areas of philosophy of science, epistemology, and various areas of history as well.

I've been embarrassed by citing Wikipedia for incorrect information on more than one occasion. I was once planning a series of Bible lessons and used Wikipedia to verify historical facts. I was humiliated when other members of my Bible study pointed out my false information. I understand Wikipedia may still be good for general information, but I can no longer rely on it to be true.

Something people can change at will is not accurate, I am shocked. and a slanted paper calls them out on it , well that is rich...
