How come people always flip and think they're Jesus? Why not Buddha? Particularly in America, where more people resemble Buddha than Jesus. 'Ah'm BUDDHA!' 'You're Bubba!' 'Ah'm Buddha now..All I gotta do is change 3 letters on ma belt...

A lot of Christians wear crosses around their necks. Do you think when Jesus comes back he ever wants to see a cross? It's kind of like going up to Jackie Onassis with a rifle pendant on."

Good question, lol.

Two notes. First off, I'm not familiar with Jackie Onassis, so I don't know if he sacrificed his life to save somebody else, but I do know that this is what Jesus did. So, on that note, wearing the cross when Jesus comes back could be seen as remembering His love for us...enough to die.

Secondly, who's to say it's for Jesus? For many Christians, wearing a cross is not about what Jesus will see, but rather about reminding them about Jesus' love for them...and reminding them how they should be living.

Just some thoughts.

I find it no where in the Scriptures that is says to wear our cross. what is says though is to pick up our cross and carry it daily.
