In the last few posts we have viewed some of the preparations which the Lord requires of the House of Israel that they might be prepared to become again worthy to receive and honor God’s covenant. These requirements apply not only to all Israel, but to all kindreds, nations, tongues and people everywhere for God is no respecter of persons. 

The fulfillment of God’s promises to Israel and all those who would be saved with them is universally dependent upon their remembrance and obedience to that sacred covenant. Some have rationalized that obedience to God’s commandments as a requirement applies to Israel only. This is a false and vain and foolish doctrine in which the enemy of all righteousness delights.

As the prophets and the Lord have clearly pointed out, their second gathering is only fulfilled as they remember God’s covenant and remember and keep his laws and statutes. We should remember the the Lord so lamented  “How oft I would have gathered you as a hen gathereth her chicks and ye would not.”

We should by now fully understand that this gathering will occur  during the dispensation known as “the dispensation of the fullness of times.”

We should also clearly understand that “the Lord’s house is a house of order”, therefore this mighty gathering will be documented and appropriate records kept for each one gathered.

If one knows not where those records are kept, then obviously such an one has placed himself or herself in a position that they are not yet a part of that gathering.

Have we hearkened unto that voice from heaven “Revelation 18:4 And I heard another voice from heaven, saying, Come out of her, my people, that ye be not partakers of her sins, and that ye receive not of her plagues.”?

Are we willing to ignore that voice from heaven and therefore remain in Babylon and become “partakers of her sins” and thus also become partakers “of her plagues.”?

Is there any course of safety assured to anyone who chooses to become partakers of the sins of Babylon and also become partakers of her plagues? 

Is there anyone who can afford the consequences of such a disastrous course of action?

Is there a safety net in keeping God’s commandments?

Has God provided a safety net to the ungodly, unrepentant and disobedient?

Has he provided a safety net for those disobedient in the days of Noah?

Did he spare the disobedient in Sodom and Gomorrah?

Did he spare the armies of Egypt who sought to destroy the House of Israel?

Did he spare the corrupt nations from destruction when Israel was let into the promised lands?
